Your details.
Handled with care.

How Peppp! uses information shared through this website.

Who is responsible?

Peppp!, organised by James Fleming, is responsible for the invitation and contact information collected here. You can reach the organisers using the contact and privacy request form. This notice applies to Peppp!’s website, rather than the separate Hipsy ticketing platform.

What we collect and why

For an invitation request, we ask for your full name, email, city of residence, and your referrer’s name and email. We record your community agreement, confirmation that your referrer agreed to the sharing, any optional email-update consent, and the privacy-notice version. Hosting and form providers may also process request metadata such as timestamps and IP addresses for delivery and abuse prevention.

We use the details to handle your request, check referrals where needed and communicate about the launch. Peppp! relies on its legitimate interests in managing invitations and protecting the community for this limited administration. We use your separate, optional consent for ongoing invitations and updates. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

If you are a referrer

An applicant has supplied your name and email because they say you can vouch for them. They are asked to obtain your agreement first and to share this notice with you. Your information is used only to manage the referral. It does not subscribe you to marketing. You can ask us to correct or remove your information or object to its use through the privacy request form.

Where the information goes

The website and forms are designed to run on Netlify. Submissions are available privately to authorised organisers through the hosting account; they are not displayed publicly. Netlify and its service providers process hosting, form delivery and spam filtering data on our behalf. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area under the provider’s applicable data-transfer safeguards. See Netlify’s privacy information.

We do not sell or publish the list. Referrer details are not included in audience exports for future email campaigns. If we add a mailing provider, we will update this notice before transferring the mailing list.

How long we keep it

We aim to delete unsuccessful or withdrawn requests, and referral details that are no longer needed, within 90 days of the relevant event or the end of the invitation process. For people who opt into ongoing updates, we retain only the information needed for that list and review it at least annually. Minimal unsubscribe records may be retained to respect a request not to receive further messages.

These are organiser-managed retention periods. Event safety concerns, if any, are handled separately, with access limited to those who need to respond, and retained only as needed.

Your choices and rights

You can request access, correction or deletion, object to relevant processing, request restriction, withdraw update consent, and ask about applicable data portability rights. Use the privacy request form; select “Unsubscribe” to leave the update list. We may need to verify that a request comes from the person concerned. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Cookies and tracking

Peppp! does not add advertising pixels or analytics cookies to this site. The invitation popup uses your browser’s session storage only to remember that it has been shown in the current tab. Form details are not saved in browser storage. Links to maps, Hipsy or other websites open services with their own privacy policies.

Human decisions

Invitation and conduct decisions are made by organisers. There is no automated profiling or automated decision-making system for admissions.

Good people know good people

Come into the circle.

An invitation request does not reserve a ticket.
